- Wear layers, so you can take them off as you warm up and put them back on as you cool down. Nothing worse than getting drenched in sweat and then freeze.
- Drink water while you train; with the cold you don't feel it, but you get dehydrated quickly.
- Take it easy on the endurance exercises, and warm up your joints thoroughly before any strength or flexibility exercise.
- Finish up with a big cup of hot chocolate!
